2. Hosting and necessary technical logs
Under the current project plan, the website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. Visits may involve processing technically necessary server data, including IP address, time, requested URL, browser information and status code, to deliver the site, identify errors and prevent attacks. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may provide the basis for secure operation. Specific retention periods depend on the actual hosting log configuration and must be checked before legal approval.
3. External flight tools from Travelpayouts/Aviasales
Flight search, the flight-price map and the annual price calendar use external Travelpayouts/Aviasales content, in particular from tpwidg.com. In the current project version, this content is loaded after deliberate activation rather than on the first visit. Activation may connect the browser to provider servers, potentially processing IP addresses, browser information, search details and cookies or similar identifiers. Actual processing, recipients and any transfers to third countries must be checked against current provider information before approval.
4. Location-based flight offers
The annual price tool has no fixed departure airport. The external service may estimate an origin using technical characteristics such as an IP address. That estimate may be wrong. This website does not request GPS permission for this purpose.
5. Additional offers: Travelpayouts Drive
The script intended for additional advertising is https://tpembars.com/NTk0Njg0.js?t=594684 . In this version it does not start automatically on the first visit. It loads after a separate, express selection and may display external offers or use other tracking technologies. Disabling a script that has already loaded does not reliably remove all its effects. The present Drive integration has therefore not been approved as a fully tested consent and withdrawal solution.
6. Booking with external providers
After a booking or partner link is clicked, the site may redirect to flight.flyfinder.de or other external flight and travel providers. Their privacy notices govern subsequent processing. A commission may arise from these referrals.
7. Cookies and storage technologies
Under the current project design, our own information pages do not require marketing cookies. External scripts may use cookies or other identifiers after activation. The actual storage access must be checked in a live browser test. Further information is available under Cookies and external services.
8. Sharing through social networks
Our sharing options use ordinary links or a local copy function. An external platform opens only when a link is clicked, and its own privacy terms then apply. Displaying the sharing bar alone does not load embedded social-media widgets.
9. Contacting us
Information supplied in an email enquiry is processed to handle that enquiry. Depending on its purpose, Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR may apply. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
10. Your data protection rights
Subject to legal requirements, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. Complaints may be submitted to a competent supervisory authority; in North Rhine-Westphalia this is, in particular, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information NRW.
